This is the big package. Everything you need to get up and running.

A website will be built by Toby around two core design templates that are very on trend right now for photographers. Depending on your style of work we will direct you in one of two directions.

Your portfolio will then be curated by art buyer and my stills agent Karen Featonby with the files being populated onto your website.

The copy for your site will then be curated by a industry copywriter (all mysterious and anonymous) who works with us on all of our work at Agent At Large.

The process will work as follows.

1. Content Strategy and Copywriting

  • Content Plan: Outline of the content needed for each page.
  • Imagery and Multimedia: Selection of images, videos, and other media assets to be used on the site.

2. Development and Implementation

  • Wix Studio Setup: Creation of the website within Wix Studio, including initial setup and configuration within a choice of two pre made templates.
  • Content Integration: Adding all written and multimedia content to the website.
  • CMS: Adding content to Wix CMS in projects/portfolios.

3. SEO and Analytics Setup

  • SEO Optimization: On-page SEO settings, including meta tags, alt text, URL structure, etc.
  • Analytics Integration: Setting up Google Analytics or other tracking tools to monitor website performance.

4. Testing and Quality Assurance

  • Cross-browser Testing: Ensuring the website works correctly across different browsers.
  • Responsive Testing: Testing the website on various devices and screen sizes.
  • Functionality Testing: Verifying that all forms, buttons, and interactive elements function as expected.
  • Bug Fixes: Identifying and fixing any issues or bugs found during testing.

5. Client Review and Feedback

  • Client Review Sessions: Meetings or presentations to review the website with the client and gather feedback. x2.
  • Revisions: Implementing changes based on client feedback.

6. Launch Preparation

  • Final Review: Thorough check of the website before launch.
  • Domain name: To be specified and bought by customer ahead of time. Prices vary due to website name and TLD (Top Level Domain, i.e. .com or .co.uk for example.)

7. Post-Launch Support

  • Monitoring: Initial monitoring of the website post-launch to ensure everything is functioning correctly.
  • Maintenance Plan: Ongoing support and maintenance plan for updates, backups, and potential issues.

Optional Deliverables

  • Advanced Features at Further Cost:
  • Addition of further functionalities not on current templates, such as forms, booking systems, e-commerce features, etc.
  • Copy written by a marketing manager
